Although it is not time yet, when the grass stops growing and you are ready to shut off your sprinklers, it is important to do a Sprinkler Blow Outs, especially here in Colorado where it freezes often in the Winter!
Sprinkler Blow outs are when we use air to push out water out of the sprinkler lines in the lawn and the home! It is important to get both lines outside of the home and inside because ANY water left at all will freeze over the winter. Our trained technician will blow out the outside lines first and then the lines within the home, making sure all lines are clear and water is shut off. Finally we will leave the drain cap lose so that if there is a leak or the shut off valve is not turned completely over, water will leak out and upon the 2 hour check after we have left, the issue can be addressed and resolved.
Sprinkler Blow outs are $69.95 for up to 10 zones and we are now taking orders!
