When you sign up for lawn service through Erbert Lawns, what you may not be aware of is that you have access to our amazing and wonderful Service Manager, Bob. Bob does a lot of the managerial things around the shop, including hiring and training crew members. As far as you as a customer are concerned, Bob is on point for customer issues that require a special visit, like if we accidentally damage your property. Bob will come out to assess damage, and see what he needs to do to fix or replace what’s been broken. He also does diagnostic work, so if you think you may have a lawn disease, or have some dead areas that fertilizer isn’t helping, give us a call! Bob can come out and take a look at the areas of concern to identify problems and recommend solutions. In addition, whenever you give us negative feedback, Bob goes over these items with the crew so that we always keep improving our service!
