Each year we purchase brand new mowers. This is for both the benefit of our customers and our Lawn Ninjas. With new mowers we can guarantee to our customers that we are using the best equipment each year, and to our crews we can eliminate many hassles and problems that would slow them down and prevent them from finishing their routes.
The mowers that we normally use are the Toro 21″ push mowers. The smaller mowers allow for a better cut and will help with ruts and tearing up the turf. This year we have some new mechanical faces to the mowing operations. We have 30 Toros and 5 Honda mowers. The Toro’s have always done extremely well for us considering how many lawns we cut each day. The Honda’s will help determine which mowers work best for certain Lawn Ninja’s. It will also help determine what kinds of training the management team needs to engage in more heavily.
Both kinds of mowers are sure to be a lifeline for Erbert Lawns this season. Mowing starts the second week in April, weather permitting, and we could not be more thrilled to get started.
